I have been busy all week preparing orders and experimenting with some Flavors! Very happy with a new pumpkin cupcake filled with pumpkin pastry cream and topped with a frosting made with browned butter, maple sugar and cream cheese. I also had a chance to adapt my mom's classic holiday whiskey cake recipe to be made from scratch. It turned out very good and very boozy, topped with chocolate chip cream cheese frosting!
