Happy Thanksgiving! So thankful for all your orders!

I have been busy all week preparing orders and experimenting with some Flavors! Very happy with a new pumpkin cupcake filled with pumpkin pastry cream and topped with a frosting made with browned butter, maple sugar and cream cheese. I also had a chance to adapt my mom's classic holiday whiskey cake recipe to be made from scratch. It turned out very good and very boozy, topped with chocolate chip cream cheese frosting! New Flavor: FLUFFERNUTTER!

This may be my new favorite. 

Vanilla cupcakes filled with marshmallow fluff and topped with peanut butter

cream cheese frosting and a toasted marshmallow.

For these, I used store bought fluff and marshmallows. Once my kitchen decides

to drop below 300 degrees this summer, I'd like to make them using homemade 

marshmallows and fluff. I'll save that for another time.......
